These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://scrollnt.in and the Scrolln't application developed by Scrolln't. By downloading, accessing, or using Scrolln't, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Scrolln't provides digital focus and anti-doomscrolling utilities, including application blocking timers, motivational roasts, offline ambient audio soundscapes, and squad accountability tracking.

2. Permitted Use & Licensing

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on your personal Android device. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application's native blocker binaries or payment verification services.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Scrolln't offers optional premium subscriptions ("Scrolln't Pro") unlocking features such as 2x XP multipliers, rare mascot skins, offline soundscapes, and unlimited streak protection:

Monthly Plan: ₹99 per month.
Quarterly Plan: ₹249 per 3-month cycle.
Yearly Plan: ₹699 per 12-month cycle.

All digital payments are processed through Razorpay's certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway or Google Play In-App Billing. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the in-app subscription management settings.

4. Savage Roasts & Content Disclaimer

Scrolln't includes comedic, satirical motivational commentary ("Savage Roasts") designed to promote self-discipline. These notifications are intended strictly for humor and productivity coaching and should not be construed as abusive or personal defamation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Scrolln't is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% blocker reliability, we are not liable for any missed notifications or device incompatibility.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
